Host M.B. Roberts, who lives in Nashville, is the author of 18 books – mostly pop culture titles including Jug Fishing for Greazy with Brad Paisley and Bear’s Boys with the voice of Alabama’s Crimson Tide, Eli Gold.

She’s also a journalist and editor (former Senior Editor of Parade Magazine, RIP) who's interviewed everyone from Aerosmith's Steven Tyler to organizing guru Marie Kondo and these days, writes alot about tech. Dream job? Talking to women of all ages about the most compelling topics. 

Co-host Katie Neal is a former women’s magazine editor who was lucky enough to interview two of her idols—Jimmy Carter and Taylor Swift—before pivoting to a career in marketing. An early podcast adopter (shout out Filmspotting and the Culture Gabfest), Katie is thrilled to finally have a mic of her own to go on the record with women about work, sex, skincare and everything in between. Now she helps create content and social media strategies for brands big and small.

Coming from a large, religious, rural Ohio family, then onto the entertainment industry, co-host Trish Vogel is able to offer up fresh advice and introspection with a sense of humor. She’s currently a screenwriter with her latest movie on the Hallmark Channel, as well as a Bossy Spirit, and Good Listener. 

Past relationships, interactions with people, an encounter with a cat and a great deal of soul searching round out her vast knowledge, mostly accumulated from her mistakes.
